Welcome to Wild & Folk (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.wildandfolk.co.uk) and our graphic design services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

Wild & Folk provides freelance graphic design services, which may include (but are not limited to) branding, digital design, print design, and creative consultation.

All services are subject to agreement via email, proposal, or contract prior to commencement.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear and accurate project requirements

  • Supply necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensure you have the rights to use any materials you provide

Delays in providing information may affect timelines and delivery.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices will be outlined in a quote or proposal

  • Any work that has started will only be partially refunded (50%) if the work has not started you will receive full refund.

  • Final files will not be delivered until full payment is received

Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Revisions

  • Projects include a limited number of revisions, as specified in your proposal

  • Additional revisions may be charged at an agreed rate

  • Major changes to the original brief may require a new quote

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All design work remains the property of Wild & Folk until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Wild & Folk retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials

 

6. Use of Work

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute design work unless explicitly agreed upon

  • Claim authorship of the work that has not had a full-field payment

 

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • If a project is cancelled, you will be invoiced for work completed up to that point

  • No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered work

 

8. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Client feedback time

  • Scope changes

  • Unforeseen circumstances

 

9. Liability

Wild & Folk is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, business, or opportunity resulting from use of our designs

  • Errors in final materials once approved by the client

It is the client’s responsibility to proofread and approve all final work.

 

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Wild & Folk and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
